Clicking the 'Apply Today' link will take you to our membership website where you will be placed on our wait list once you have completed the application form.   We are currently finalizing memberships for 2024 prior to the beginning of the season.  To be placed on our waitlist, there is a non-refundable $50 fee due with your application.  Once accepted, you will receive more information from the club about how to complete the registration process.  Your application fee will be applied toward your first year dues.  If you have additional questions, use the form to the right or simply e-mail us at membership@southdownpool.org.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DUES - 2025
$550.00 per household + $200 capital improvement 
  • Dues must be paid in full by April 30th each year. Additional details regarding household definition and membership obligations can be found in the by-laws.​​

MEMBERSHIP BOND
$600.00 (one time refundable expense)
  • The bond may be paid as a lump sum or in installments up to 3 years.
  • The bond is refundable when a member terminates their membership in accordance with the by-laws. 
  • The Board of Directors may, at its discretion, withhold payment of any refund until a replacement has been found for the terminated membership.
