Pool Party Booking Instructions

We are happy to answer any questions you may still have about setting up your party after reading the information below and reviewing the FAQs section. 
Southdown Pool is available for parties during regular pool operating hours as well as for after-hours rentals to adult members of the pool.  To book a party or to rent the pool, please download and fill out the form below and contact the pool rental coordinator. All parties are limited to three hours.  Security deposits will be collected.

Pool Parties
Parties including more than 8 non-members during regular pool hours will pay a $150.00 rental fee plus any fees associated with Premiere, the pool management company, to provide additional lifeguards. The maximum number of non-member guests during pool hours is 25 guests; All parties or groups of 8 or more must register with the rental coordinator at least five (5) days in advance for planning and staffing purposes.

Private Pool Parties 
Private parties may be held after normal pool hours. After-hour parties will pay Southdown Pool a rental fee of $200, in addition to fees required by the pool management company, Premiere, based on the number of guests.

RESERVE

Ready to reserve a party time?  Please contact rentals@southdownpool.org. We will get back to you shortly with final details & confirmations after we receive & review your form.  After which, your Name will be placed onto the pool's online calendar on the specified date. Once your Name is added you'll know your party has been confirmed and is effectively on the pool schedule.

FAQs

Can we bring in coolers or outside food for the party?
  • YES, feel free to pack a cooler or have food delivered to the pool.  (Please make sure to pack up everything and bring it out after the party. This is not the responsibility of the guards; they are here to keep us safe in the pool.)  However, no alcohol is permitted of any kind.
​Can we decorate for the party?
  • YES, decorate away! (Please make sure to pack up everything and bring it out after the party. This is not the responsibility of the guards; they are here to keep us safe in the pool.)
Can we use the grills?
  • YES, grill until your heart's content. The pool has a gas grill and a charcoal grill for use. (Plan to treat the equipment like you would at your own home.)
