Southdown Pool utilizes an external website, MemberSplash, to manage member account information, process payments, and control the check-in process at the pool. All active members can access their accounts using the Member Splash link to the right. If you have any difficulty logging in or accessing your information please let us know by contacting membership@southdownpool.org.

Terminate Membership: We are always sad to see you go, so let us know if we can do anything to improve your summer pool experience and keep you swimming. But, if you are ready to terminate your membership, we MUST receive a termination letter in order to start the Bond Refund process. Once the form is complete and returned to membership, we will remove you from the invoicing cycle and queue you for a bond refund. If you have further questions or concerns please feel free to contact the board at anytime, also see our by-laws for additional insight into your refund.
